Who owns the material?
Our source disclosures and editorial standards explain how articles and images are selected. Rights in original editorial contributions, site design, photographs, logos, and other material belong to their respective rights holders. Featuring an image or linking to an article does not transfer ownership. SCALZ News uses client source imagery with the publisher's recorded reuse authorization and retains source credits.
Sharing and republishing
The terms and conditions and press room describe permitted link and RSS sharing. Share a link to a story freely. For broader reuse of text or images, contact the relevant rights holder. Our permission to use a client's image does not grant you permission to reuse it. Do not remove image credits, source links, or commercial disclosures when using supplied RSS summaries.
Report a rights or attribution concern
Use our publisher contact route; the corrections instructions also explain how to identify an affected passage. Include the SCALZ News URL, the image or text at issue, a description or public link identifying the original work, your relationship to the rights holder, and a contact method. Explain the correction or action requested. Avoid sending private account details or unnecessary identity documents.
Reviewing a request
Our editorial lead's standards and transparency commitments guide review of source and image concerns. A request is reviewed against the identified material and available authorization. Depending on what that review establishes, a credit may be corrected, material revised, or use discontinued. This contact process does not claim that the publisher is a registered statutory notice agent.
